That's going to be a high percentage of US citizens trying to smuggle drugs over at legal crossings. What the stat doesn't reflect is the amount of drugs smuggled over the border not at legal crossings by so-called gotaways or other cartel smugglers. That is a massive amount. My brother died at age 27 from a heroin overdose, so don't get me started on how drug stats are used by both parties. They are mostly BS and a way to validate a certain point of view.
