On the one hand, how could such a job not change anyone, right? He's still a father and husband with a home life, so that must be of great comfort. I've seen photos of him smiling. He's got a kind face.

He deals with crimes against humanity, mass murderers, because the nation states' judicial systems are, for whatever reasons, not able to adjudicate their crimes and maintain stability. Me, I think he's intense and tough looking as one must be when confronting evil.

The oral arguments for the DOJ appeal of Judge Loose Cannon's special master ruling. TFG's attorneys filed TFG's response on Monday of last week and the DOJ reply brief was due on Thursday. On Wednesday of last week, the 11th Circuit scheduled oral arguments for today, Nov. 22.

Jack Smith has read all of the pleadings and has approved the oral arguments.
