3. We Need To Support These Protesters

Representative Democracy is really the only legitimate form of government. We should support these protestors. If China were a Democracy they would be an ally rather than a rival or enemy. The same would be true of Russia or Iran. People need to be free of authoritarian regimes. It would also be a much safer and prosperous world if all of these countries had democracy. We could cut back our military expenditures by a lot. The excess funds could be invested in healthcare, education, social programs, and a vibrant prosperous economy. The Peace Dividend. And free people throughout the globe.
