Lawrence O'Donnell: Appeals Court Tells Trump Something He Never Hears - The Last Word - MSNBC

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell analyzes a new ruling from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that simultaneously shuts down the review process of the government documents that were seized from his Florida residence and issues a stunning rebuke of the Trump-appointed district judge who ordered it. - Aired on 12/01/2022.

3. Delay is their tactic. Hair furhair doesn't care about the Law.

I anticipate an appeal en banc or to the corrupt six.

Although I don't think neither of them will side with him, it would be another delay.

4. The way the charges are adding up and with the recent decisions, looks like he's run out of luck

He can only delay the inevitable for so long.

5. Agreed. I think he's going to be convicted in DC but that (those) verdict(s) will also be appealed.

Way up to the corrupt six, and then I fear they will sit on it until 90 days before November 2024 if he's the Fascist party's nominee by then...

Then what? I doubt he would win another term to shield himself from doing due time though, but we've seen too many instances of his Qrazies going to the deep end to defend their dictator wannabe.

6. Well, his recent appeals haven't gone so well, but you're right about the delays, that's all he's got

And even the now-infamous six have turned him down.

Do you really think the party would nominate him for a third time? He's actually lost twice in a row and I don't think they'd take another chance on him and I can't imagine the country could take it. His "popularity" is decreasing by the day even among Republicans and he's not doing himself any favors with his irrational outbursts. The shrinking numbers of those who are as out-of-touch as he is are all he's got. I'm counting on that, but then we've been through this before. And then there's now Jack Smith...

8. Hope you're right. If anything, I would want conviction(s) in DC long before the Fascist party's

convention so the pressure on the corrupt six to issue a decision would become so intense that they would not delay it beyond the start of it. Of course I think they will side with the Constitution and the rule of law because the sheer amount of evidence of his criminality we all saw (and keep seeing), but we can only hope they will do it before the convention.

I wouldn't give M$M any pass as they always want a horse race in every election so they will give hair furhair a lot of free publicity like they always do.

Hurry up Mr. Smith!
