she's probably wishing this would all go away and if she does, her best course of action is to do nothing over the next 4 days but let the clock run out, topping TFG at his own game as he tries to run multiple legal clocks out by nitpicking every single decision to death.

I would love to see that. Alas, she's shown herself to be a true believer up until now, so she'll likely rush more stupid rulings that will have to be overturned as soon as the ink dries because she has no jurisdiction over the case.
