I know roe was onerturned. But that was a law by lawsuit. This will be more on the constitution writing.

since his treatment (failure) of Governor Siegelman, I'll ignore Holder's 'extreme concern.'

does not bode well for the outcome.
If the court upholds the ability of state legislatures to choose election results, they will be condoning the disenfranchisement of citizens. But that will not be the first time that the SC has disenfranchised voters. They were for it in 2000, too.

After Roe, anything can happen with the court. I guess we want a permanent Qpublican government if the court affirms the case
