Joe Biden's 1993 Cameo On Carmen Sandiego

What, this video was released AFTER the election because...what kind of anti Obama ad could be created with this?

buzzfeed attributes the find from a tumblr blogger, who explains:

Growing up, one of my favorite things was the PBS game show “Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?” where kid contestants would try to win prizes by using their knowledge of geography to track down the fictional crook. I was unfortunately slightly too young to have any hope of being a contestant, but I still remember researching Reykjavik, Iceland for a viewer contest, and never stopped loving the show’s Rockapella theme song.

So imagine how excited I was to discover this episode excerpt from Nov. 8, 1993, where the game show’s host Greg Lee receives a phone call from a certain Delaware senator who has since moved on to bigger and better things...The cameo lasts about 40 seconds, though you can watch the whole second half of the episode, if you want.

The longer except (which was upload to youtube in nov 2011:
