simple mistake. It can cause trauma or physical injury.
Simple mistakes need blood draw on those that draw their weapons. Next, time off with pay held until a complete investigation of the mistake. Being responsible for the mistake needs penalties to reduce it from happening again.

I have watched hundreds of these police body cams in the 2 years that I have been researching the police.

Hundreds of raids on the wrong houses.

Hundreds on mistaken identity.

Thousands of lies told by officers knowing their body cams were running.

Officers who don't know the law.

Officers who escalate intentionally.

They seem to enjoy intimidating and hurting people.
