that they don't understand the global impact of what many view as a regional war. The cost to repair the infrastructure in Ukraine will cost hundreds of billions of dollars.

Not to mention, the remnants of war which will be left behind. But the worst, of course, are the lives lost. Russia is clearly guilty of war crimes - we've heard that Putin is being investigated, when will he be charged??
