12/4/12 - MSNBC - NBC sportscaster Bob Costas appeared on Lawrence O'Donnell's show tonight to respond to the growing controversy over comments he made Sunday night over the murder-suicide committed by NFL linebacker Jovan Belcher and gun control. Costas made it clear he was not trying to advocate for gun control, despite his personal belief that there should be some stricter gun control laws, but did say that more often than not, having a gun in a bad situation is more likely to make it worse than make it better.

The amount of vile that is on the youtube page.
I think Bob hit this spot on. Having a discussion about this is very important.
I also agree that the gun culture is crazy.
Thanks for posting. K/R

(25 posts)this guy is not afraid of anyone and is not afraid to say his mind and tell the inside truth.
he was the first guy who said that Sarah Palin and Huckabee would absolutely not run for president since they had contracts already with FOX news.
he was the guy who said that Trump couldn't afford to run for president when there was all that speculation about Trump.
he was the one who kept saying that Romney's grand father was a polygamist and that was why Mitt's father was born in Mexico since his granddad was escaping US laws about polygamy.
and on tonight's show, he called Newt the most influential man in US politics for the last 20 years because back in 1993, Newt introduced the idea to the R party that any tax increase kills jobs, a myth that Norquist basis his entire being on today, and an idea which shaped Romney's campaign, and an idea that shapes every word that comes out of Boehner's mouth today. Amazing.
he is saying that there is absolutely no question that Hillary is running for president.
looking at his track record, I tend to believe him.
