It's bad enough that police officers do this stuff. But it's far, far worse that they do it with complete impunity.

My State, Maryland, is where the kid on the motorcycle got popped. The law in this State is clear: video the cops and you will be ruined financially and face up to 20 years or so in prison.

Under the circumstances, videoing police malfeasance, brutality, and murder is not a citizen's right. It's a revolutionary act, and a necessary one. (Easier to say than to do, unfortunately.)
