Trump has blown through every Gag Order entered by every judge he is in front of. Federal Judge Chutkan in the Election interference case is our only hope as she is about to fashion her gag order.

To continue his attacks. A woman was already arrested to threatening to kill Judge Chutkan. But it looks like it's up to this judge to determine his immediate fate.

And in Chutkan's case, she's about to weigh P01135809's due process rights against the national public's rights to be free of threats, direct or indirect.

Jack Smith is trying to convince her that the public's rights are more important than Trump's.

16. Man, I hope so. But you and I AND she know the current SCOTUS makeup.

We realize they're all about supporting constitutional due process for plaintiffs on appeal, but they also have a creepy way of overturning precedent, no matter how constitutional.

She's got to get this right, so that when the DC Appeals Court upholds her gag ruling, they make it easier for SCOTUS to save this constitutional democratic republic over their nominator.

due process; then, as you say, end up in jail. This guy affords a much longer due process at-large freedom.

This is not a justice mistake. It's what the Constitution guarantees.

The only difference lies in how much one can pay to enforce their constitutional right of due process. Those who can't pay much or at all, still get due process.

There really are two justice systems in the US but ultimately no one is above the law as TFG is starting to realize.

14. She can't really look at politics. Only constitutional rights for both defendant Trump and the

People of the United States plaintiff.

It's facil to say there are two justice systems. There is the practical affordability of legal representation, which actually gets you more than what the constitution guarantees as your due process. Which is why a lot of Jan 6 defendants (most of whom were middle class professionals, btw) stayed out of jail for more than a year after their arrests.

Some of them might totally stay out of jail because they exercise their constitutional rights of due process more fully than others.

When Jack Smith and the DOJ prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, defendants get the chance to afford above-and-beyond adequate constitutional due process, weighed against the plaintiffs' right to adequate due process.

Difference doesn't mean injustice. Difference is not a deficit. Justice is constitutionally equitable.

(Here's an example of "equal" justice under Trump: equally executing all media journalists; otherwise his supporters will say he uses a two-tiered justice system.)
