An idea for election day. Change the DU banner and header images to reflect it

Run a ticker banner across the top with something to the effect of "Election Day is Today."

Maybe a special Democratic Underground.com logo icon in red, white, and blue, like Google does for special occasions. Maybe also some "I voted" looking logos or gifs floating around the page header. Maybe also some fireworks gifs to add to the excitement that this is the day Americans have the right to take back their government from the Russians, I mean Republican oligarchs.
