Help needed with a fun little project

I have to come up with a "game" or some kind of engagement activity for a booth at a work-related fair. We have a product that we rolled out a couple of years ago for internal use. We found out that people were still confused about what it was and thought it didn't pertain to them, so we recently rebranded (to make it more inclusive).

Someone always does Plinko at their table - another has a prize wheel, so those ideas are out. We have 8'x8' of table work/space in the conference hall so space is rather limited. Whatever we are doing, the prizes are going to be a selection from a variety of old branded usable stuff + a new branded item.

I have 3 ideas, but not sure if they're lame or not - Jenga (we'd build the tower, then guest would pull a block and the "prize" is listed on the bottom), Toss-Across (not sure there will be enough room for this and we'd have to purchase it for about $15 - but instead of the x's and o's, we'd tape the prize names to the wedges), and finally the game called "Suspend". You have to balance or remove a metal bar piece. The color would denote the prize. If it crashes - you get the consolation prize (a sticky pad).

Has anybody done something like this before? Have any ideas?

Things we have readily available to use: bean bags, ping pong balls, ball pit balls, a buzzer/timer (might get annoying though), hour glass, pool noodles, small plastic rings (4" diam), pick-up sticks, plastic cups, poster board, numerous arts/crafts supplies.

I've been Pinteresting (verb?) all weekend to try to come up with something different. My daughter said "Hey, did you check in with DU?" soooooo, here I am!

9. YW. I liked it also. My Step-Father worked the fairs and carnivals when he was young.

He showed me all the tricks to winning and which games to avoid.

Have fun with them.

And if you go to the fair and try the "Shoot out the Star" BB game. Don't shoot the star. Shoot a circle around it.

Write a prize on the sides of the plastic cups and arrange them tightly in a box. Players could toss a beanbag or a ping pong ball into plastic cups. Whichever cup the ball or bag lands in, pick the cup up, read the side, and give out that prize. Let the player toss until he/she gets a bag in a cup.

We're going to use the "Suspend" game for one, and a hybrid of a toss game, basketball, and beer pong (Hey, we're on a college campus! ) After looking at the Carnival games site, we came up with a tri-fold board with 5 clear cups attached with the bottoms cut out (one for each type of "prize&quot . You have to bounce an orange ping-pong ball into one of the "baskets". Whichever one it goes through, that's the prize.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I think my brain was rebelling and just needed some ideas to jumpstart it! Knew I could count on DUers to come through!!!
