Apparently there is life after death
Albuquerque local news did a story on their noon news broadcast,
saying a man was charged with 'first degree murder',
and that his victim appeared in court to testify against him.
They mentioned the case twice in the hour newscast,
but at closing corrected the charge to
"attempted first degree murder".
