On a very cold December night...

I brought this baby in, I named her Angel. She was freezing outside, crying to get in, I think she was abandoned and quite possibly abused. This was last year, 2016. She is slowly warming up to me and still very cautious, she talks a lot and I talk to her right back. I think she is pretty happy now.

talkative, curious cats. They like to follow you around and supervise whatever you are doing. Bless you for saving this girl and sharing your hearth and home with her. She's all yours.

I thought this was a meant to be moment, I had lost my girl of 16 years just 5 days prior to Angel arriving on my porch, I see a lot of strays and ferals in the neighborhood, Angel was new around here, I even put an ad on Craigslist lost and found. No one claimed her so, Angel came to the right porch. Your baby looks like a real sweetie, Merry Christmas.

Starting to trust and love, I am sorry it took one year. Angel is starting to get very affectionate. Thank you.

As I said, my Felix is much the same way. He was not a cuddly kitten since I found him in a grocery store parking lot where they were also doing construction, but it's been over three years and I think he's finally beginning to trust me, LOL. He can actually be quite affectionate, rubs against my legs the way cats do, purrs when his ears are petted and has been known to curl up and nap next to me on the couch. He still has a temper though and can get nippy if he doesn't get what he wants immediately, but I don't hold it against him. He's come a long way!

It sounds like Angel is already developing trust. And it doesn't hurt that she's so lovely...

do not cuddle with me or each other, that is OK, as long as they are warm, fed and safe. My previous cats, Carly and Simon slept with me every night, at my feet or up close to my head. Love my babies.
