What's the most poorly edited for TV movie you've seen?

I just switched from Christmas with the Kranks on TV to my copy on DVD.

There are others, but this is the one which caused me to bring up the subject.

...but it's the only one I've ever seen where they cut so much out, they had to edit in several deleted scenes just to make it long enough to qualify as "feature-length."
