It's always a wonderful surprise to come home to home improvements. Also, go to the nursery and get some Summer and Spring blooming plants to plant in the yard.

Stop by the grocery store and buy a case of beer, frozen chicken wings, bleu cheese dressing, celery and carrots. That should do you for one evening at least.

I want you to have fun, but it is seriously fun to surprise the person you love with home improvements.
