have visited a few times and I always have a great time...love talking to the natives there....heck, even the airport is fun

You could walk right off the plane and buy a daiquiri before you got to baggage claim.

It’s more complicated than just tourist fun though. As thecsaying goes, “the veil is thin”. Life and death are right next to each other and the awareness of that is exquisite, painful, and makes for some fierce spitting in its eye. 😄
