21. Three degrees! Boulder County, CO is a balmy 11 F.

My son is back from Ripon, WI for Xmas break. Yesterday I reminded him it was ZERO degrees in WI. Still, not sure 11 F is much consolation.

We have snow on the ground from Christmas Eve and a few flurries off and on right now.
