We're lucky, we have a truck w/ a plow. We shouldn't need to shovel much.
There is no state of emergency. I have to go out and drive in this stuff. There could be as much as 8 inches, which is not that bad, unless you have to deal w/ other drivers. That, and that people don't plow and don't clear off their walks and steps.

(20,692 posts)That was wierd. I was nice and warm out there: snow pants, boots, 2 layers of gloves, hood, so I wasn't cold: I was actually quite warm out there, pushing the blower.
But when I came in all of my teeth started to ache! Wierd! It just stopped, but really wierd~
