We make loads of fresh salsas and sauces and love the varieties of color and taste. Huge and delicious! (But a bit slower to ripen here in Maine.)

I'm going to go with Brandywine tomatoes this year. I wish I had more freezer space, because I roast and freeze my crop for tomato soup all winter.
