A Facebook question

(Sorry, I don't know where this question belongs)

I posted a cat video (forgive me) to my Facebook page and it does not 'autoplay'.
Previously my videos did 'autoplay'.

I 'googled' the issue and it says:
go to settings
go to video
change autoplay from 'off' to 'on'

The photo provided with those instructions shows that as an option.
But when I go to settings, and video, my screen (see below) does not show that as an option.
So, how do I enable 'autoplay' for a video I post to my Facebook page?
Thanks

Also the autoplay is controlled by the VIEWER, not the poster. So you may set it to autoplay for yourself but if I am your friend and view it and I have AP turned off..it won't start.

I find a lot of FB 'help' is not helpful at all.

Responses to googling the question shows an on-and-off option under Facebook settings for video,
yet it is not there when I go to my settings.
