7. Scrumptous...delicious...delicacy.....if you have never tried Esgarot - you do not know

what you are missing....from shell after having been cooked in garlic butter and herbs...provided a piece of crusty bread...decadent ....half the fun eating escargot, is using the shell holder, remember scene from Pretty Woman, and the other half, is feeling the snail wiggle in your mouth....(I made the last part up,,, ) -

11. Si! My fave Spanish tapas restaurant serves several escargot dishes.

They have Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Escargot in a lemon, garlicky pesto sauce with a basket of crispy bread to sop up the juices. Yummy!
