(27,837 posts)but in nearly every episode after that she goes "Marge Simpson" with her hair.
"Different strokes for different folks" I guess.
ProfessorGAC
(65,110 posts)The most common way she wore her hair was in a loose gathering, quasi-pony tail. Minimum of 80% of the episodes.

Wasn't Jerry always complaining that Banya was "stealing his act"?
I think Banya did Ovaltine jokes too.

(14,627 posts)Actually, it was a great cast and they played off each other very well. Jerry's character was the least funny but he was the glue that held the rest of the nutballs together.
red dog 1
(27,837 posts)She & Frank Costanza (Jerry Stiller) rarely "talked" to each other..they always seemed to shout at each other
Remember the "Serenity Now" episode?
Frank Costanza sets us a phone bank in his garage, and hired Lloyd Braun to sell computers; but Estelle wants to put her car back in the garage, so she keeps telling Frank to make room for her car, but he ignores her and screams "Serenity Now" as a "relaxation phrase.
It turns out that Lloyd Braun didn't even have his phone hooked up and hadn't sold any computers at all, and before he leaves the garage, he tells George that "Serenity Now" doesn't work as a relaxation phrase, so George tells his father, who then starts shouting
"Hoochie Mama" instead of "Serenity Now"

(2,050 posts)Tried watching it a few times, just couldn't get into it, course I've never seen baywatch either, or pretty much any sitcom in the last few decades.
Nothing wrong with Seinfeld but I'm not from the city and nothing they did had any parallels in my life.
And the fact that they wrote the show to be about people who were let us say not very like able.
