Should I be concerned about this?

Is this some type of trolling or hacking event, or a legitimate alert from microsoft?

This is the 2nd time I've received it in a few weeks. It takes up the whole screen and I can't navigate away. I have to exit the internet to get rid of it. Anyone else have this happen?

talking with it. The only way I can get rid of it is to reset to an earlier date where I know he didn't have it.
I assume it's come kind of virus because it won't go away.

You probably have a hijacked page. You probably need to do a malware scan just to be sure. Otherwise Google and ask if there is a problem.
They always make it red to make it seem more alarming.

First the grammar is a dead giveaway. Have you tried scanning your computer? Its probably a virus. Or some java script on the page hijacking the browser? I know it happens with safari with apple products.

Grammar is suspicious, as others noted. I would think it's malware that came with something downloaded.

As another pointed out, Chrome is a Google browser, not Microsoft. You could do a web search pn the phone number to see if it truly is legit. You could also call but give rhem no info.

These types of red-colored full-screen warnings are scams.
