our home planet is an electrically charged being

*thats 8 million per day, 3 billion per year 😳

The static electricity created by air masses moving over planetary surfaces causes the electrical imbalance resulting in the lightning.

If I'm wrong, please let me know. I'll be shocked.

or so somewhere on the planet, AND if we didn't have lightning (which releases a lot of Negative ions), we'd all go crazy.
