Calls from Russia on my mobile

getting calls on my cell with Russia area code
I don't know anyone in Russia or why they would be calling my phone

...to make sure miscreants are not hijacking your telephone number and making calls with another device they have "attached" to your telephone number.

Case in point: My typical cell phone bill is approx. $96. Several months ago I received a bill for OVER $15,000. There were suspicious calls to and from Morocco in my phone record. ATT was able to correct and eliminate the erroneous charges, BUT CONTACT YOUR PHONE PROVIDER NOW, and make sure there are no issues with your phone line.
