A friend worked at the Sands when Frank went on a rampage threatening staff and destroying his suite after his line of credit was cut off. Unfortunately for Frank he screwed with the wrong guy when he confronted Carl Cohen the Sands S.V.P. Cohen punched him in the mouth after Frank called him an anti Semitic name. Frank suffered several thousand dollars damage to his caps.

My friend told me that Cohen was inundated with thank you cards, calls, and flowers following the altercation.
