Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsWe just shucked and 'de-cobbed' a half bushel of corn.
36 ears.
Silver King from a local farm.
Sweeter than sweet.
Shucked, de-silked, cut from cob, bagged, and frozen.
Took most of the afternoon, but worth it.

(9,275 posts)Is advertising "Lancaster tomatoes" but maybe there's a Lancaster Georgia? They're good, way better than the crappy tomatoes at the grocery but not quite up to true local summer tomatoes.
