I have been craving these things for two years now. They had this perfect combination of cheese flavor, crunch, and I would almost call greasy.

5 cents for a stick of gum about a foot long and as big around as your little finger. For 10 cents, Mouthful gum, about the size of a wallet. I also remember Goldrush Gum, yellow chunks that resembled pebbles and came in a little cloth bag.

Yeah, I know you can still get boxes with some flavors, but it was nice to take your nickel (which you probably got from collecting deposit bottles and returning them for a penny each) and go choose among about 27 different flavors of Popsicle. Root beer, lime, those blue ones that I don't know what they were supposed to be... Dreamsicles and Fudgesicles and the like were a dime, so I stuck mostly with the cheaper pops.

Way back when, they made the same stuff but with bacon in it. It's quite a bit thicker than Cheez Wiz, and more cheese-like.
