(1,733 posts)Brined overnight, rubbed with my super secret home made rub and tu ked into the smoker for 9 to 10 hours.
I am sure pork fat is the holy water of heaven!

(26,261 posts)The heat and humidity, in Michigan, are oppressive and our chance for rain is diminishing by the minute.
So, of course, I decided to remove and spray paint the bathroom cabinet drawers and doors so that I can have independence from some REALLY outdated, worn and tacky decor.
Turkey burgers and a nice, strong, icy Reykjavik Pony will be my meal. (The Reykjavik Pony is my version of the Moscow Mule - it's made with Icelandic Reyka Vodka.)
