Breeding colony of cheetahs at this most excellent wildlife park; highly successful program.
also, just up the road http://www.glenrosetexas.net/216/Dinosaur-Valley-State-Park
Dinosaur footprints, complete with competing Creation Museum encroaching on the park border !!!!
Playing in the Paluxy River is a highlight of the summer !! However if we go long enough without rain, you can really see a LOT of footprints in the river bed

A big cat that can regularly catch Usain Bolt in two strides
