Hey fellow DU'ers 
Long time no see! I have been swamped between my job and life..... and being glued to MSNBC. However, I recently wrote and published a book based on my experiences as a serial home buyer, starting at the height of the Real Estate Crash of '08, and most recently in the crazy sellers market of metropolitan Texas! Each time I have purchased a home I have been able to do it with no money down, in a responsible way - unlike the predatory sub prime lending practices that caused the 2008 crisis.
For the next week my book is only 0.99 on Amazon (Kindle) and has received glowing reviews, but I could always use more
