Anyone else's cable out?

Our Cox went off 35-40 mins ago. No cable, no internet. (On my phone now.)
Southeastern Virginia coast.

I'm in Wmsbrg. Called cox who said it was out but yet we're getting a screen message. Usually when the cable has been out, the screen is blank.
