Our deer are wild of course, but they're so used to seeing humans that they don't seem to be afraid of us. Some deer come right into my yard and eat flowers out of my garden. It's common seeing wild deer out in the middle of the street at dawn and dusk, and I live inside the city limits of Pittsburgh.

Thanks for sharing this cool photo!

have so many deer I can't have hibiscus in the front yard because they eat all the buds and newest growth. Urban expansion keeps contracting their habitat.

Standing and watching is fine. Hopping towards you with murderous intent in their eyes is when you should worry.
