In September one of my kids will be deployed to NK and I will have the kitties for 4 months.
Being the perfect parent, that I am, I am bragging that at the end of the 4 months that the kitties will not recognize, nor will want to go home with my kid when the time comes.
So here is my question. Have any of you ordered off from Chewy.com? I was perusing their site for the umpteenth time figuring out what litter boxes, treats ect to get them when a popup box told me the site was not secure. Was it a fluke? or are they unreliable?

(18,622 posts)The other day one box of 32 cans arrived with a couple dented and one squashed (this is FEDEX'S fault!) and 2 days later they replaced the entire box free.
I never get the 'unsecure' message. Are you using your phone? I use a PC

(20,568 posts)as I have never gotten one of those on that site.
I get good prices and their deliver quickly. Also - I have prescription food and they do all the work with the vet's office.

(2,216 posts)The Fedex and UPS drivers go nuts when my litter order comes due since there are four boxes that each weigh 50 lbs.
I love Chewy. Get everything from them, even the teen weeny catnip mice my kitties love so much.

(11,905 posts)Actually, I use auto-ship for my dogs grain free treats and bully sticks. It's so easy, the price was lower than Concord Pet, and if you need to change something, they give you a "head's up" a few days before shipping so you have time to make adjustments.
I still do buy her long large bully sticks and her bags of pet food from Concord Pet, but her treats and toys come exclusively from Chewy.

(14,525 posts)I though something might be up, with the popup. I can't wait to order their kitty "condo," the litter box that looks like a plant. And of course the GPS collar because one likes to escape.
Don't think that I am not going to post tons of pics. Especially asshole cat - as I affectionately call him.

(14,525 posts)the orders came through before trump made us "safe" and cancelled military exercises there. But the orders have not been rescinded? Could he have lied to the American public? I mean surely the resident of the United States would notlie about something so important and serious? would he?
IOW don't believe a freaking thing he says about NK. all lies.

(20,148 posts)Changing homes is hard enough. They don't need changes in their diet and litter too. Also, this will sound weird, but have your kid pack up some of their clothes for you, UNWASHED. Your kid's scent will comfort their cats.

The good thing is her cats do know me. I spent last summer with her. Asshole cat (why does she always have a cat that turns out to be a jerk) Is the only cat I know that can walk across a Pc and put it on airplane mode, every single time. Seriously that is the only key it ever hit. I got even and bought a laser pointer.
I know they will be antsy and upset because she has to fly with them to get them here. I have also told her to get them used to collars so when I put the GPS ones on them they won't go ballistic.
The other cat is adorably purrfect.
