My new favorite thing: Pomegranate Martini!

Have you ever wondered what a liquid Jolly Rancher would taste like? Pomegranate Martini!

Even better. . . It has alcohol!

Vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice and lemon juice.

They are fantastic!

3. I just starting making them last night

and I’m still perfecting the recipe, but so far, this is the best version:

One ounce vodka (kept in freezer, of course)

One and a quarter ounce cointreau (from freezer)

One and a half ounces pomegranate juice (Pom juice without sugar)

One tablespoon lemon juice
