never be able to blow it up more for more detail. That’s what I mean by “the information is not there”. If you enlarge, it’s only going to pixelate.

I have a couple of DUers helping me out. As soon as it gets enhanced I'm going to post the results in the Lounge and see what everyone thinks. It's worth a try. Someone may have had their dog stolen and the video may provide the only clue. In this good ole boy town, it may be the only way to get the wheels of justice moving.
