Will file this under if I am on a desert island and a wheel of Parmesan washes up on the beach I will know how to divide it.
That of course depends on whether the two cheese knives wash up with it.

I used to manage a high-end pizza restaurant, where all of our cheeses were grated in-house. The parmigiana was the consistency of a cement block. We dreaded that task!
