A guy stole a plane, flew it around the Puget Sound region for a while, then crashed on an island south of the Tacoma Narrows. I've been watching the coverage. No passengers were aboard and no one on the ground was harmed. Apparently, he was a mechanic for Horizon Air and expressed suicidal thoughts.
