(23,271 posts)I read somewhere a few years ago that the Army did a study that found that taking vitamin B-1 makes you less attractive to the bugs (ticks AND mosquitos). You need to start using it daily if you're going to be out among 'em. When I've used it, I've had pretty good results, I think. It's worth a try.
