I have claustrophobia and I would just end up hyperventilating to death. I will take my chances without that bed.

Apart from the fact that the whole concept scares the crap out of me, I can't figure out how you can get to your supplies - the water, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, etc. - once your bed has descended into the protective box. It looks like the whole mattress goes down into the box and the lid closes above it (eek!), but then it's on top of the supplies so how can you get to them?

I don't think this will be a big seller.

Just watching how it works is giving me the heebee jeebees. I'm claustrophobic. I'd be in there panicking and probably have a heart attack or something.

Waiting while entombed in a small spacer an interminable amount of time? I would rather be crushed in the earthquake.
