Who remembers lunch raffles?

We were all required to wrap up a lunch for a raffle and also, had to buy our lunches by placing bids on the boxed or bagged lunches. What I remember is that someone wrapped up a shoebox in a very crafty manner, making it look pleasing, but inside was a mom-made lunch. Of course, the person who purchased it didn't know it until after they exchanged money. What a let down.
