Not rehab.

So you are doing service work, taking a position with aa, ca, na?

It's best to go to meetings in your treatment center too.

BTW I have 30 yrs clean and sober. Not bad for a full blown crackhead.

The family read me their letters and I was whisked off to a facility in western Michigan. Of course, the insurance quit paying after 10 days, so we paid for another 11 days out of pocket. It's aways about the bottom line, with those folks. I was an evening drinker. I'm going to be attending Smart and Refuge Recovery meetings. So far, I haven't had any cravings or temptations. Not a fan of AA. From what I've witnessed, it seems like a cult.

They see EVERYTHING through a programmed lens (might be why they call it "The Program&quot .

It gets tiresome, and sometimes downright creepy.

Best wishes to you!!!!!

I've been sober for 40 years, despite hearing things like "you'll never make it without regular meetings" or "let go and let God" or "trust in your higher power".
