(9,426 posts)Animals are so important to us. Help keep our sanity in times such as these. The dog who "ate the philosophy homework", the white mouse with the tiny teddy bear, the haunted house entrance and exit. So many good ones. Thanks, NOW it is officially Sunday.

(4,079 posts)The cat hanging upside down reminds me of my funny little kitty. And the red carpet reminds me of our two older cats.
Great stuff, as always.

(25,902 posts)That has actually happened to me. Couldn't figure out why my indoor-outdoor cat was resisting being picked up. It was when I took her inside and my cat was already there that I understood.

(3,330 posts)Each and every one are fantastic. Yes, philosophy... ponder that. The cats! Dressed for Halloween. Amazing looking at upside down
My pets know something is up before I even bring the carriers down from the high shelf in the closet. Beautiful horse.
Wonderful animals of all kinds, some fun captions, too. I love this post, and I look forward to it, always. Peace, joy and laughter.

(14,592 posts)week we had to put down one of our kitties. It was our 12-year-old Indy. She was a gray fluffy who came down with feline leukemia early in life and later became diabetic. Personality wise, she was a princess - if she could see ANY part of the bottom of her bowl she would sit and stare at you until you filled it up.
After a long life, which included two insulin shots a day and one dose of prednisone per day, Indy finally...well she was suffering and we knew it was time. We have a plaster cast of her paw print, and pictures. Plenty of tears. She was my wife's cuddle-cat.

(11,686 posts)It reminds me of my trainers horses. They were Appaloosa/Thoroughbred crosses.
