Saw it last week... I talk to my dog like she's human... She definitely listens.

My friend passed away recently, and I inherited his dog... He always spoke to him as if he was his son... But, in Spanish. I'm learning quick to make him happy. He knows so much... For example when we walk... I can tell him "a la izqierda" or "a la derecha" and he will turn left or right... Also, it's convenient to have one dog understand Spanish and the other English. When I need them, I can say "Venga aqui" to one and "Come here" to the other.

But he is so ear piercingly loud that I just want him to shut up and never really listen to him.

She has two Shih Tzu dogs and the little male's bark is so ear piercing it gives me a headache in minutes. She should rent them out as civil defense sirens, LOL.

Of course, I'm an HSP (highly sensitive person) and that makes it 10X worse, but I've trained myself to get away from it fast because it affects my attitude around my friend. I'm also able to get the little guy to pipe down somewhat with some stern words and finger snaps.

That's one breed I could never own.......

I think he's just talking like he hears humans do. Starting around the 13 second mark, right after his mom says "Walter," I swear it sounds like he is trying to say it, too. Does anyone else hear it?
