So, in my eyes that means Mutt Lange - who produced everybody you almost remember 10 years later and Roy Thomas Baker who's biggest act was probably Foreigner are the better hit makers.

A wonderfully inventive producer who was an arguable candidate for the 5th Beatle. Remarkably approachable, charming, and talented. Just like the group he worked with.
Hands down: George Martin!
