My wife was talking about watching it. We didn't watch the second. The reviews were pretty terrible.

Not sure anything could beat the first season. The chemistry between Woody and Matt was terrific. Season two was "meh."

2. First season with Harrelson was best. A new season starts tomorrow, that is supposed to be good.

Didn't see Season 2 as it got panned so I didn't bother.

Season 3 from the ad's I've seen looks like a return to form with Mahershala Ali, who I've never NOT liked in anything. Dude is a stud actor. Will definitely be checking it out ...

I really liked Rachel McAdam’s role, she was great.
Glad they made a Season 3.

10. Crazy good writing, David Milch helped in season 3

Of course David Milch created Deadwood. Milch in real life vibrates film noir. Summa cum laude from Yale, Tinker Prize in the specataculary great Yale English department of that day, went to Yale Law to avoid the draft. But the Law School kicked him out because he shotgunned the flashing light off a cop car. He is bipolar, lost millions gambling, maybe the best screen writer talent ever.
