The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsHow many DU threads do you have "bookmarked"
Do you use that feature much? Do you tend to let it get cluttered like the 27 TV programs on your DVR that you've yet to watch or you've already viewed but just never got around to deleting?
For the record, I have six threads bookmarked currently. I usually keep it pretty tidy. Usually delete most of the new additions within a day or two because new posts generally slow to a trickle after that.

(66,393 posts)They are all threads that I wanted to re-visit in some way without having to scroll through the archives forever.
I had roughly the same number of threads bookmarked on the old DU. But I don't know how to access it.

(7,630 posts)email because I can never find it afterwards if I bookmark it. Reminds me of when I watch Bill Maher and try to remember some of his one liners - can never do it. Could be just old age but the collective community of DU always has some good ideas.

(4,167 posts)Cleaning it up takes to much time. I also blame Dipshit 45 there has been so much I wanted to keep for reference and now it may just be part of our collective memory.

I'm afraid to even look at this point.

(149,641 posts)I bookmark my threads, my husband's, and a few from other important folks that I want to be able to read down the road.
Sometimes I forget which I've bookmarked, so I take a lazy afternoon stroll down my archives! It's fun for me.

(1,975 posts)Mostly giggle stuff. Then I unbookmark (is that a word??). I probably have about 30 because I've got a broken knee and lots of time to spend; spouse gets tired so I let him pick and choose.
It's a good feature.
